6. How can I confirm that my payment has been successfully processed?
After completing your payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation message via email/SMS, and your course will be activated instantly. You may also check the “My Courses” section on your profile.

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
2. How do I request a refund?

After approval, refunds are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
4. Are sale items refundable?
No. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Yes. Students must pay for return shipping. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

5. What should I do if I don’t receive course access after payment?
Contact us immediately by phone or email, and our support team will activate your course manually.
6. What should I do if I entered the wrong details during enrollment?
If you made an error during registration (name, phone number, email, class, etc.), contact our support team immediately. We will correct the information in your student profile.
